VOW Terms

REASON QUALIFIES IF...
Shortages (WAREHOUSE DROP)Reported within 24 hours from delivery
Shortages (3RD PARTY/ ENDUSER/ PWL) Reported within 3 working days of delivery
Damages Reported within 5 working days of delivery
Faulty All faulty items must be reported with in the warranty period for that particular item – the catalogue/Op Dealer/warranty sheet
Picking errorsReported within 3 working days of delivery
No longer required Reported within 30 working days of delivery
  • No longer required 0-15 days there will be a 10% re-fee
  • No longer required 16-30 days there will be a 20% restock fee
  • No longer required over 30 days no return
  • All no longer required items must be in original packaging and as new

VOW Interiors Terms

REASON QUALIFIES IF...

Damages Reported within 72 hours from delivery
Picking errors Reported within 72 hours from delivery
Faulty
  • All faulty items must be reported within the warranty period
  • All chairs are covered by component warranty whether delivered on that day or reported later
  • Some components on cabinets and pedestals are covered by component parts this includes draw runner locking mechanisms and fixing packs – refer to VOW Interiors – DO NOT RETURN
No longer required
  • Reported within 15 working days and a 35% restock fee applies on all returns
  • All no longer required items must be in original packaging and as new.
  • Made to order item are non-returnable and can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours.

Slingsby Terms

All Slingsby orders can take up to 48 hours for delivery

REASON QUALIFIES IF...
No longer requiredReported within 15 working days of delivery
  • Goods under £30 no longer required- customer to return goods back to Slingsby themselves and a £10 restocking fee will be applied.
  • Goods value over £30 but under £120-Slingsby will collect and a £30 restock fee will apply.
  • Goods value over £120-Slingsby will collected and a 25% restock fee will be charged.
Shortages Reported within 72 hours from delivery
Damages Reported within 5 working days of delivery (if the goods are damaged on arrival they should be signed for as damaged)
Faulty Reported within the warranty period check with Slingsby
